Your identifiable commercial information — your prices, volumes, contracts, and spend — belongs to your operation. We do not sell it, we do not publish it as an identifiable benchmark, and we do not trade it as an asset. We disclose it to a supplier only where it is necessary to negotiate or manage a contract on your behalf, and only to the extent required.
To operate category benchmarking and network intelligence, we may use commercial data in aggregated and de-identified form — combined across multiple operators so that no individual operator, venue, or contract can be identified. Aggregated, de-identified insights are not "your data" in identifiable form and are what allow the network to surface pricing opportunities no single operator could see alone.
We disclose personal information only to: suppliers, where necessary to deliver our service to you; service providers who help us run Tendia (for example hosting, infrastructure, and analytics) under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy standards.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then de-identify or delete it.
