These terms govern your use of tendia.ai (the "site"), operated by Tendia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 699 001 404). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Note: these are website terms, governing use of tendia.ai. They are separate from the Client Services Agreement, which governs the commercial relationship once an operator engages Tendia. Nothing on the website creates that relationship on its own.
The site describes Tendia and our services. Its content is general information, not procurement, financial, or legal advice, and it doesn't account for your specific circumstances. Engaging Tendia is governed by a separate written agreement — using the site does not by itself create any client relationship or commit either of us to anything.
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Figures and statements describing our services are indicative and may change.
The site — its content, design, brand, name, and logo — belongs to Tendia or is used under licence. You may view and share it for legitimate, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Don't use the site unlawfully, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and don't misuse any contact or account function.
If you hold a Tendia account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
The site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that can't lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Tendia is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at tendia.ai/terms.
